Vickery is arraigned on breaking and entering and other charges

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on breaking and entering charges.  23 year old MICHAEL A. VICKERY (1980 East Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

VICKERY had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on five (5) counts of BREAKING AND ENTERING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, two (2) counts of RECEIVING PROPERTY OVER $250 and one (1) count of LARCENY OF A FIREARM.  Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance. 

It is alleged that VICKERY broke into homes in Becket, Lanesborough and Richmond and was in possession of stolen property.  The incidents are alleged to have occurred between February 18, 2013 and March 6, 2013.     

The investigation was conducted members of the Lanesborough Police Department and state troopers assigned to the Lee barracks.
