Welch enters not guilty pleas in Lenox B&E cases
A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 44 year old TIMOTHY W. WELCH (107 Union Street) appeared before Judge Mary Lou Rup.
WELCH had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on three (3) counts of BREAKING AND ENTERING IN THE NIGHTTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, two (2) counts of LARCENY FROM A BUILDING, four (4) counts of ATTEMPT TO COMMIT A CRIME, TO WIT: BREAKING AND ENTERING IN THE NIGHTTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY and three (3) counts of MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY. Judge Rup released him on personal recognizance.
The charges stem from incidents in Lenox on February 19, 2013.
The investigations were conducted by members of the Lenox Police Department.
