White pleads guilty, gets probation and restitution
A Pittsfield man pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to several charges. 45 year old KEVIN C. WHITE appeared before Judge John Agostini.
WHITE pleaded guilty to one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY and one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250. Judge Agostini placed him on 1 year probation and ordered WHITE to pay restitution of $1,500. He is to remain drug free and undergo testing during the probationary period.
WHITE broke into a home in Hancock on September 7, 2011.
The investigations were conducted by members of the Pittsfield and Dalton Police Departments and state troopers assigned to the Lee barracks.
