Williamson is arraigned in Superior Court
A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court. 52 year old CHARLES L. WILLIAMSON Jr. a/k/a MARK DURANT (40 Perrine Avenue) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
WILLIAMSON had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on one (1) count of FAILING TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER (2nd offense). Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $5,000 bail.
The incident is alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield between December 18, 2012 and January 13, 2013.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
