Wilson appears in Superior Court on home invasion and assault charges

A Bronx, New York man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  21 year old DAIVON A. WILSON (1664 Davidson Street) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford. 

WILSON had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of HOME INVASION, three (3) counts of ASSAULT BY MEANS OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON, two (2) counts of ASSAULT AND BATTERY and one (1) count of LARCENY FROM A PERSON.  Judge Ford ordered that WILSON be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $30,000 cash or $300,000 surety bail on the condition he have no contact with the alleged victims in the case. 

The incident allegedly occurred in North Adams on July 2, 2013 and involved a 40 year old woman and two men, ages 43 and 53.   

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department and state police detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s office.
