Biros arraigned on receiving stolen property charges

An Adams man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  47 year old DAVID BIROS (20 Thompson Street) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford.

BIROS had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY OVER $250 and (1) count of COMMON RECEIVER OF STOLEN GOODS.  Judge Ford ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $5,000 bail.

It is alleged that BIROS was in possession of stolen property which he then sold on e-Bay.  The incidents are alleged to have occurred between October 21, 2013 and November 13, 2013.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Adams Police Department.
