Dufur arraigned on B&E and other charges

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on numerous charges.  26 year old SHAUN M. DUFUR appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

DUFUR had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on four (4) counts of BREAKING AND ENTERING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, four (4) counts of LARCENY OF A FIREARM, four (4) counts of LARCENY IN A BUILDING, one (1) count of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY OVER $250 and two (2) counts of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY UNDER $250.  Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $22,000 bail. 

It is alleged that DUFUR broke into homes in Lanesborough and Pittsfield between August 31, 2013 and October 11, 2013. 

The investigations were conducted by members of the Lanesborough and Pittsfield Police Departments.
