Hinckleymorrison appears in Court on several charges

A Pittsfield woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  32 year old JAMENE HINCKLEYMORRISON (16 Danforth Avenue) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

HINCKLEYMORRISON had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on three (3) counts of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY OVER $250, two (2) counts of WANTON DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250, one (1) count of TRESPASSING and one (1) count of BEING PRESENT WHERE HEROIN IS KEPT.  Judge Agostini released her on personal recognizance on the condition HINCKLEYMORRISON stay away from Iberdrola Renewables Florida, Massachusetts location.    

It is alleged that HINCKLEYMORRISON sold copper that belonged to Iberdrola Renewables.  The incidents are alleged to have occurred between October 26, 2013 and November 12, 2013. 

The investigation was conducted by state troopers assigned to the Cheshire barracks.
