James is held on bail on drug charges
A Boston man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges. 40 year old JUSTIN JAMES appeared before Judge John Agostini.
JAMES had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS. Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $5,000 bail.
The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on January 21, 2014.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
