Marshall enters not guilty pleas on drug charges

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges.  48 year old DAVID A. MARSHALL (66 South Onota Street) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford. 

MARSHALL had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of DISTRIBUTION OF LORAZEPAM, one (1) count of DRUG VIOLATION WITHIN A DRUG FREE SCHOOL ZONE, one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF OXYCODOMNE and one (1) count of BEING PRESENT WHERE HEROIN IS KEPT.  Judge Ford released him on personal recognizance. 

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at 35 Appleton Avenue, in Pittsfield, on February 27, 2014. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department, Berkshire County Sheriff’s Deputies and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
