Milette enters not guilty pleas on sexual assault charges

A Brooklyn, New York man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on sexual assault charges.  40 year old NATHAN MILETTE appeared before Judge Mary Lou Rup. 

MILETTE had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on seven (7) counts of RAPE OF A CHILD: WITH FORCE, four (4) counts of INDECENT ASSAULT AND BATTERY ON A CHILD UNDER 14 and two (2) counts of INDECENT ASSAULT AND BATTERY ON A PERRSON WHO HAS ATTAINED 14.  Judge Rup ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $25,000 cash or $250,000 surety bail on the condition he have no contact with the alleged victim. 

It is alleged that MILETTE sexually assaulted a man, who is now 22 years old, in Pittsfield between June 2, 1995 and December 12, 2005. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department and state troopers assigned to the Cheshire barracks.
