Miller pleads guilty, placed on probation ordered to repay money
A Williamstown man pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to a larceny charge. 59 year old ALBERT H. MILLER appeared before Judge Daniel Ford.
MILLER pleaded guilty to one (1) count of LARCENY, ONGOING AND CONTINUING OFFENSE. Judge Ford placed him on 3 years probation and ordered MILLER to pay $240,000 in restitution.
MILLER while employed at Village Ambulance Service, in Williamstown, took $240,000 from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2011.
The investigation was conducted by State Police Detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office.
