Waters enters not guilty pleas in Superior Court
A Lee man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 33 year old ELI J. WATERS appeared before Judge John Agostini.
WATERS had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on twelve (12) counts of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY OVER $250, two (2) counts of WANTON DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250, one (1) count of TRESPASSING and one (1) count of BEING PRESENT WHERE HEROIN IS KEPT. Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance on the condition WATERS stay away from Iberdrola Renewables Florida, Massachusetts location.
It is alleged that WATERS sold copper that belonged to Iberdrola Renewables. The incidents are alleged to have occurred between October 19, 2013 and November 12, 2013.
The investigation was conducted by state troopers assigned to the Cheshire barracks.
