Victim & Witness Assistance

Upholding the rights of victims of crime is a high priority, and the Victim Assistance Program is a vital part of the District Attorney's Office. Victim Assistance Advocates ensure that crime victims, their family members and witnesses are fully informed of their rights as mandated by Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 258B -The Victim Bill of Rights. Use the links below to find more information about court proceedings and your rights as a victim or witness.
