A summons is a court order directing you to appear in court at a stated time and place. If you receive a summons, follow all instructions including telephone contact prior to appearance. Bring the summons with you when you appear on the required day, and report either to the Victim Assistance Advocate or Assistant District Attorney in the appropriate courthouse. The Clerk's office staff can direct you to those individuals when you arrive.

If you have questions concerning your summons prior to the appearance date, please call 413-443-5951.
