  • DCAM received only two eligible proposals by April 30th, 2008 for the above referenced project.  Since we received fewer than three valid proposals and the costs of the proposals were not acceptable without further competition, DCAM has determined that it is in the Commonwealth’s best interest to reject the proposals received for the RFP noted above.  We have reissued three new Request for Proposals with modified scopes under the following project numbers:
    • DOC0703 EC1: Photovoltaic Installations at MCI Bridgewater and South Middlesex Correctional Center (up to 150kW AC)
      • DCAM received 5 proposals on July 25th 2008, and is currently evaluating these proposals.
    • DOC0703 EC2: Photovoltaic Installations at MCI Concord and MCI Norfolk (up to 133kW AC)
      • DCAM received 4 proposals on July 25th, 2008 and is currently evaluating these proposals.
    • DOC0703 EC3: Photovoltaic Installations at MCI Cedar Junction (up to 60kW AC)
      • DCAM received 5 proposals on July 25th, 2008 and is currently evaluating these proposals. 

• The Model Audit Contract, the Model Energy Services Agreement (ESA) for Comprehensive Energy Projects and the Standard ESA for Equipment, Design and Installation for projects procured under M.G.L.
