The Office of Finance and Administration is responsible
for the fiscal and administrative operations of DCAM.
Finance and Administration manages the spending on all
projects at the agency and maintains the Division¹s
daily operational expenses. Additional responsibilities
include development of five-year capital spending plans
for our client-agencies, management of DCAM¹s human
resource functions, and administration of construction
and architectural contracts for state design and construction
work.
