Completed
On behalf
of the Massachusetts Highway Department,
DCAM completed two
ground lease redevelopment projects consisting
of an Auto Service Station, Restaurant,
Rest Area located on Route 6 - Barnstable,
MA (Cape Cod). Mid-Cape Mobil, Inc. are the Operators of the
Rte 6 service center complex under a ten-year lease, with one ten-year option
to extend.
