On behalf of the Massachusetts Highway Department, DCAM completed a multi-million dollar ground lease redevelopment project consisting of an Auto Service Station, Restaurant, Rest Area located on Route 128 - Lexington, MA. McDonald’s Corporation is the developer, Lessee, and Operator of the Rte 128 complex. The term of the ground lease is 10 years with one ten-year option to extend.
