Project Highlights
The Division of Capital Asset Management manages approximately
$280 million annually in new construction and renovation
projects. These projects vary in type ranging from academic
buildings for state and community colleges to courthouses,
from correctional facilities to office buildings, from
parks and bath houses at area beaches to skating rinks
and recreational facilities.
Additionally, the agency manages
the redevelopment of surplus state
property. Project Highlights contains
some of DCAM's ongoing design and construction projects as well
as recently completed construction and redevelopment projects.
