The complete interior and partial exterior renovation of Murdock Hal has recently been completed at the Mass College of Liberal Arts in North Adams. Built in 1894 to house a state teachers college, Murdock Hall is the original structure on the college’s campus and holds a prominent place in the areas history. The renovations have created a mix of new department and faculty offices, classrooms, computer labs, conference rooms, and larger meeting spaces. The college hopes the renovated building will be a focal point of the campus and provide a modern facility capable of better meeting its students needs for the 21st century.
