The new courthouse will provide space for the Bristol County Superior Court criminal sessions and Fall River District Court, supplementing facilities at the former Durfee School already upgraded for the other Fall River court departments. This downtown site - at the corner of Borden Way and South Main Street - has been cleared of existing buildings and construction is well under way.
