Broken Bow Road Shooting
Cape & Islands District Attorney Michael O'Keefe and Falmouth Police Chief Anthony Reillo announced today that Davante Fernandes, (DOB: 7/17/1993), 56 Broken Bow Road, Falmouth, and a juvenile have been charged in a shooting incident that occurred at 56 Broken Bow Road, Falmouth. The victim of the shooting, John Williams (DOB: 7/12/1971), also of 56 Broken Bow Road, Falmouth, has been airlifted to a Boston Hospital where his condition is serious. Davante Fernandes has been charged with Assault & Battery by means of a Dangerous Weapon (gun) and Assault with Intent to Commit Murder. The juvenile has been charged with Assault & Battery by means of a Dangerous Weapon (gun). Both individuals are expected to appear in the Falmouth District Court tomorrow for arraignment. Davante Fernandes is the stepson of John Williams. The case is under investigation by members of the Falmouth Police Department and Massachusetts State Police Detectives assigned to the Cape & Islands District Attorney's Office.
