Public Information Payments:
Payments for Public Information requests may be made through the Secure Payment Center.
Nursing Facility User Fee Payments:
Nursing facilities may also make secure online payments for their User Fees. To make payments online, you must be registered for INET , the Division's web-based transaction service, and have access to the Nursing Facility User Fee web page. If you have already submitted User Fee forms online, there is no need to re-register; simply follow the Secure Payment Center link through INET. If you need to register for INET you must complete a user agreement and fax or mail it to:
