Health Care Cost Trends

The 2012 public hearings were held from Monday, June 4, 2012 through Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at  Bunker Hill Community College

Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. c. 118G § 6 1/2, DHCFP is required to conduct an annual study regarding health care cost trends in the Commonwealth, and the factors that contribute to cost growth. This section contains the 2011 preliminary reports, public hearing notice, agenda for the hearing, and links to testimony.

This section contains the 2010 preliminary reports, public hearing information, witness testimony, and final report with proposed strategies to mitigate health care cost growth.
