The
Human Resources Department provides assistance to Trial Court
employees in addressing the employment issues that affect
today's work environment. Human Resources performs a variety
of employment-related functions, including the administration
of the revised Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual,
collective bargaining, benefits administration, contract
administration, employee training, wage and salary administration,
work on gender issues, as well as annual events such as
the Chief Justice Awards for Employee Excellence. In addition,
the Affirmative Action Officer administers and maintains
the Trial Court Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity
plan.
