12.000 INSURANCE AND HEALTH BENEFITS

A. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in accordance with G.L. c. 32A, offers health and life insurance packages to its employees through the Group Insurance Commission.

Questions regarding insurance coverage should be directed to the Human Resources Department or to the:

B. Employees may also be eligible for dental and vision benefits. Union employees should contact their respective union for further information on these benefits. Confidential and managerial employees should contact the Human Resources Department for further information on these benefits
