SMOKING POLICY
Pursuant
to Administrative Order No. 6, smoking is prohibited in all courthouses,
work areas and public areas owned or occupied by the Trial Court.
This includes areas where smoking was previously allowed, such as
designated smoking areas, in private offices and in the jury pool
room. All signs indicating designated smoking areas should be removed.
This policy is consistent with the policy that has been in effect
in other buildings where employees of the Commonwealth work.
