Organizations Providing General Referral or Consultation Services

The following organizations connect people seeking legal assistance with lawyers who may be able to take their cases. Some provide free representation, some have reduced-fee panels and some are full-fee referral services. Each organization makes its own choices about the types of cases it handles and its eligibility requirements, and these can change over time.
