The Office of Community Corrections currently maintains four offices.  The main office (listed as Office of Community Corrections) is the statewide headquarters and handles operational tasks ranging from fiscal affairs to human resources.  It is also the center of policy development, direction and monitoring.  The Community Service Program is the statewide headquarters for the implementation of community work service as a criminal justice sanction. It manages a network of community service offices at court houses and community corrections centers throughout the state. Juvenile Resource Centers located in Boston and New Bedford deliver intermediate sanctions to offenders referred by probation and the Department of Youth Services.

The Office of Community Corrections employs a dedicated staff generally assigned to one of three program areas: Administration, Community Corrections Centers or Community Service.  Administrative staff are Program Supervisors, Regional Program Managers and support staff that develop, implement and manage the policy, budget and organization of community corrections programs.  Community Corrections Centers staff are Program Managers and Program Specialists, and support staff that work in community corrections centers providing services to clients or monitoring the sanctions they receive. Community Service staff are Court Services Coordinators and Assistant Court Services Coordinators that work primarily in the field: advising probationers in court on how to complete community service, reporting to community corrections centers about participant performance, and assisting towns and cities, schools and park departments, Little League organizations and food banks to complete tasks that would otherwise go undone.  A list of staff is below.  The Location column corresponds to the table above indicating where staff may be reached.
