To Order a Civil or Criminal Audio Recording of a JAVS
Recorded Proceeding
Requestors seeking a duplicate audio recording of a Superior Court proceeding, must file a motion with the court for the duplicate audio recording.
If the court allows the motion, the clerk who has the care, custody, and control of original recordings (see Superior Court Standing Order 2-87, #3) will provide the duplicate audio recording to the requestor.
The cost of the duplicate audio recording is $50.50 (see Uniform Schedule of Fees, #12).
The Office of Transcription Services (OTS) does not provide duplicate audio recordings nor collects fees for duplicate audio recordings; that is the duty of the respective clerk.
