Testimony on Capital Projects Presented to House Committee
On August 10th, Chief Justice for Administration & Management Robert A. Mulligan appeared before the House Committee on Bonding, Capital Expenditures and State Assets. He discussed a variety of Trial Court capital spending projects and submitted testimony, which can be viewed at the above link. Representative Antonio F. D. Cabral of New Bedford chaired the meeting.
