What is the attorney portal?
The attorney portal is an online tool that provides attorneys with remote access to court cases for which they are the active attorney of record. As of June 29, 2015, the attorney portal is available for all five (5) divisions of the Housing Court.
What cases are available on the attorney portal?
Currently there are four (4) case types available on the attorney portal:
• Small Claims
• Summary Process
• Supplemental Process
What does the attorney portal do?
The attorney portal allows attorneys to:
- search docket entries
- provides attorneys with a calendar that shows what cases they have on a particular day
- displays all cases which the attorney has an active appearance.
- a more detailed overview of the attorney portal for the Housing Court is available
Who may register to use the attorney portal?
Any attorney who is actively registered with the Board of Bar Overseers (BBO) may access the attorney portal.

The attorney portal is online at www.masscourts.org . You can bookmark it for faster access.
How do I access the attorney portal?
To access the attorney portal, go to www.masscourts.org and click the “Log On” button in the upper right hand corner.
