Report on Court Relocations Delivered to the Legislature

The Trial Court today submitted its Report on Court Relocations to the Joint Committee on the Judiciary and the House and Senate Committees on Ways & Means, as set forth in Chapter 68 of the Acts of 2011. The report outlines the fiscal and operational issues that require the relocation of court operations. The report also describes the efforts of the Court Relocation Committee and provides information on the considerations specified in the statute.
