Standing Orders:
  All requests for continuances of court matters must be submitted to a judge. Requests to continue a small claims or hearing matter must be submitted to a clerk-magistrate. Agreements to continue a small claims matter will be accepted if in writing. Ex parte matters may be presented on any day at any time, but it is advisable that you confer with clerk's office prior to or at the time of the request to determine the day's schedule of events.
