Chief Justice Charles R. Johnson has established the Court Operations and Policy Implementation Committee in the Boston Municipal Court Department. The group will comprise a standing departmental committee with the mandate to work collaboratively with the leadership of each division to improve court operations and to facilitate the implementation of new Trial Court policies and initiatives. The Committee’s first responsibility will be to meet with the managers of each court division to review their unique results with the Access and Fairness survey and to determine how those results may be used to revise current business practices and courtroom procedures.
