Payments on all fines, fees and assessments listed below are payable in the Criminal Clerk's Office, Room 1105.

Payments must be made in Cash, Check (Make check payable to the Boston Municipal Court), Money Order and Certified Bank Check.

No Credit Cards Accepted.

State Fines, Court Costs, Surfines, Copies, Tapes and Default Warrant Assessment Fees
Default Warrant Removal Fees, Civil Motor Vehicle Infractions
Designated State Revenue
Victim/Witness Fee, Surcharges, Indigent Defense, Counsel Fees, Highway Fund, Drug Analysis Fund, Head Injury Fund, Probation Fees, Alcohol Fees, Environmental Fees, Fish and Game, MBTA, Drunk Driving Trust Fund, Diversity Awareness Education Trust Fund and CHapter 85 Ordinance Violations
