Schedule Information
All entries and pleadings should be sent to Taunton. Motions and other interlocutory matters shall be heard in a civil session on court days.

Taunton: Civil Time Standards C Session: First Mon.of each month. Motions & Interlocutory Matters: Tues. and Thurs., 2-4 P.M. Pre-Trials: Wed., 2-4 P.M. Criminal Sessions: First Mon. of each month as designated by the Chief Justice.

Fall River: Civil Time Standards A, B and D: first Mon. of each month. Motions and Interlocutory Matters in sessions A and B Tues. and Thurs., 2-4 P.M. Pretrials in Sessions and B: Mon., 2-4 P.M. Session D Trials: Without Jury.

New Bedford: Criminal Sessions: First Mon. of each month. Motions and other interlocutory matters will be heard in a civil session on court days. Standing order no. 1-88, effective July 1, 1988, shall be applicable to all counties. Each county shall have designated time standards sessions. The normal trial hours for time standards sessions will be from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. The court will schedule such matters as conferences, motions and hearings 2-4 P.M.
