Schedule Information

Salem:
Standing order no. 1-88, effective July 1, 1988, shall be applicable to all counties. Each county shall have designated time standards sessions. Civil: One time standards session (Session A). Motions and pre-trial conferences Mon. and Wed. at 2 P.M. Criminal: One criminal trial session. Trials and motions weekday, 9 A.M.-4 P.M. One criminal assignment session. Arraignments, pre-trials, evidentiary and non-evidentiary motions, bail reviews, probation surrenders and bail assignments weekdays, 9 A.M.-4 P.M.

Lawrence: Standing order no 1-88, effective July 1, 1988, shall be applicable to all counties. Each county shall have designated time standards sessions. Civil: Two civil time standards sessions (Sessions C and D), with inventory cases heard in Session D. Motions and pre-trial conferences Tues. and Thurs. at 2 P.M. Criminal: One criminal trial session; trials and motions weekdays, 9 A.M.-4 P.M.

Newburyport: Mixed Criminal and Civil sessions. Trials and weekdays 9 A. M.- 4 P.M.
