Schedule Information

Salem:
Standing order no. 1-88, effective July 1, 1988, shall be applicable to all counties. Each county shall have designated time standards sessions. Civil: One time standards session (Session A). Motions and pre-trial conferences Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2 P.M. Criminal: Two criminal trial sessions. Trials and motions weekdays, 9 A.M.-4 P.M. One criminal assignment session. Arraignments, pre-trials, evidentiary and non-evidentiary motions, bail reviews, probation surrenders and bail assignments weekdays, 9 A.M.-4 P.M.

Lawrence: Civil: Two civil time standards sessions (Sessions C and D). Motions and pre-trial conferences Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2 P.M. Criminal: One criminal trial session; trials and motions weekdays, 9 A.M.-4 P.M.    Civil/Criminal: one civil/criminal trial session, 9 A.M.-4 P.M.

Newburyport: Standing order no 1-88, effective July 1, 1988, shall be applicable to all counties. Each county shall have designated time standards sessions. Trials and weekdays 9 A. M.- 4 P.M.
 Civil: One time standards session (Session B). Motions and pre-trial conferences Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2 P.M.
