In All Case Types Issuance of Injunction or Restraining Order $90.00 Summons $5.00 Miscellaneous Case Types Filing a Complaint $255.00 (includes $240.00 filing fee, $15.00 surcharge) Original Registration and Confirmation Filing a Complaint $775.00 + 1/10 of 1% Assessed Valuation (1/10of 1% not applicable in "confirmation only" cases) (includes $240.00 filing fee, $15.00 surcharge, $70.00 original plan, $450.00 deposit toward other costs) Additional Plans (A2, A3, etc.) $30.00+ $5.00 each additional lot.
