NEW: As of November 14, 2008, the Land Court no longer will accept for filing any Servicemembers Civil Relief Act cases not accompanied by the Mortgagee's Affidavit pursuant to M.G.L.C. 206 of the Act of 2007 (as amended by Chapter 224 of the Act of 2007)
