Costs and Fees:    Fees of Land Court Department These fees include surcharges required by G.L.c. 262, §39. As amended by Chapter 133 of the Acts of 1992. Effective July 1, 1992. Revised July 1, 2003. All fees payable in advance and include surcharge where applicable.
