Land Court - Public Access to Case Docket Information on the Internet

Land Court case docket information is available via the Trial Court's eAccess internet site at the website address www.masscourts.org

The site allows users to conduct searches by case name, case type and case number. No passwords are necessary. Electronic access to Land Court case information is also available at designated public access computers in the Land Court's public lobby, at the local county Registry of Deeds and Probate sites, and at many District Court, BMC and Probate and Family Courts. The information available are the descriptive docket entries that have been made on each case and do not include copies of any paperwork involved in the case.  Actual case documents are available for public inspection at the Land Court Recorder's Office.
