Child Support Guidelines Review Hub

PLEASE READ:

The Office of Child Support Enforcement within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services requires that each state review its Child Support Guidelines at least once every four years. The Child Support Guidelines were last issued by the Chief Justice of Administration and Management, Robert A. Mulligan, in January of 2009 and will be reissued in January 2013.

The overall purpose of this site is to share information about the review process and to gather constructive comments from all interested persons.  Comments may be submitted in writing to:  Administrative Office of the Trial Court, Child Support Guidelines Task Force, Two Center Plaza Boston, MA 02108 or by email at childsupport@jud.state.ma.us.

This site does not allow a direct response by the Task Force to a submitted comment.  Comments should be focused on how the guidelines can be improved.  The Task Force cannot discuss or offer assistance with any individual child support matter or provide legal advice.

The deadline for submission of all public comments is September 30, 2012.
