SEE Chapter 420 of the Acts and Resolves passed by the General Court of Massachusetts in the year 2002.

 

This chapter revises G.L. chapters 192, 193 and 195 by excluding a person indicted for or convicted of murder in the first or second degree, manslaughter, or as an accessory before the fact, in the death of the deceased, from petitioning the court for approval to act in a fiduciary capacity or, who is entitled to a share of the decedent's assets.
