Instructions for

Administration With/Without Sureties

 

 

 

SEE G.L. c.193, Section 1

 

Petition must be accompanied by a certified copy of deceased's death certificate.

 

Petitioner must be a party in interest or have assent of at least one interested person in order to file Administration With Sureties.

 

Assents of all persons interested in the estate who are of full age and legal capacity are required in order to file petition for Administration Without Sureties.

 

Strike words "or some other suitable person" if this is Administration Without Sureties.

 

Information and Rights of Interested Parties (Form CJ-P 150) must be filed with the court prior to appointment.
