           The Probate and Family Court Department is considering the repeal of Standing Order
1-94 Assignment of Cases to the Middlesex Satellite Sessions at Concord and Marlborough
in preparation for the adoption of the Individual Calendar by the judges of the Middlesex Division on January 5, 2004.

           Chief Justice Dunphy said that the Middlesex Division presently plans to continue holding sessions at both Marlborough and Concord, however, cases will only be assigned to those locations when the judge responsible for the case is sitting at either Marlborough or Concord.

 

         Comments may be submitted to Attorney Mark R. Quigley at the Administrative Office of the Probate and Family Court, 2 Center Plaza, Suite 210, Boston, MA 02108 on or before December 18, 2003.
