Chief
Justice Sean M. Dunphy has announced that he has designated
Associate Justice Joseph L. Hart, Jr. First Justice
of the Worcester Division commencing January 1, 2004. Judge
Hart was appointed as an Associate Justice in the Worcester
Division on March 3, 1999.
Judge
Hart replaces Judge Joseph Lian, Jr. who will retire
on January 15, 2004.
