Participated with the local District Court Bar Association in planning and implementing "The Courts And You" Program in 1982. We spoke to students at five local high schools about the Criminal Justice System.

Presiding Justice John J. Dolan and I created and developed the local District Court Civil Conciliation Progarm. Our civil backlog was signifantly reduced and the program served as a model for many other courts in the Commonwealth.
