If you received a letter entitled "Notice of Delinquency," you must call our Legal Department (Boston office), Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m..  Residents of Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin, and Berkshire Counties must call our Springfield office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m..  The telephone numbers are indicated on these forms.

This mailing is only sent to those who have ignored their letter entitled "Notice of Delinquency".
